KHK Units Ltd specialise in manufacturing quality carcasses to the Trade industry throughout Ireland.

We use a comprehensive colour pallet from the EGGER range of products in the Manufacturing of our Carcasses and can provide for all your cabinetry needs.  Our range of quality cabinetry include kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes, entertainment units, shop fitting and much more.

What We Do

All of our carcasses are of excellent quality and are manufactured to the highest standards:

  • 18mm  high density Egger Board MFC
  • 18mm high density MFC backs for strength and rigidity
  • Most units are available made to measure – please contact us to discuss
  • Colour co-ordinated throughout – all visible edges are covered – no exposed chipboard
  • Optional 2mm edging to all front edges and internal shelves available on kitchen carcasses
  • Service voids on kitchen units – 44mm on bases, 5mm on wall units
  • 150mm adjustable Juypal heavy duty legs on kitchen unit
  • 100mm adjustable legs on bedroom units
  • Base units and tall units are 570mm deep, wall units are 300mm deep
  • Wardrobes are 580mm deep and other bedroom cupboards are 460mm deep
  • All wardrobes flat packed with the cam and dowel construction, easy assembly
  • 2-way adjustable clip-on hinges (door hinge-holes to be 102mm from top and bottom)
  • Soft-close DTC drawers are standard – Steel Blumotion (soft-close) are also available
  • Supplied with shelves as appropriate
  • Kitchen units can be supplied fully assembled with rigid cam and dowel construction
  • Units having drawers are supplied with the drawer box fitted ready to take the appropriate drawer front.

We have an extensive range of finishes which provide a good-to-excellent match for all doors.  We operate from our large modern premises in Milltown, Tuam, Co Galway supplying and delivering to the Trade throughout Ireland.  Our top quality strong kitchen and wardrobe carcasses are manufactured per design supplied, with a choice of colours and the option to have any size that you require.
